Celebrity Cruises is the next cruise line in Cruising’s Great Return to Asia! The cruise line with the iconic “X” logo is returning in November 2023 with three ships sailing different sets of itineraries. The Celebrity Millennium and Celebrity Solstice will be returning to Asia in November 2023, with departures from Singapore and various other Asian ports, while the Celebrity Edge will be calling on Asian ports in November 2023, on a 52-Night Grand Journey from Europe to Australia.

A Full Royal Caribbean Group Return

Celebrity Cruises’ return represents a full return to Asia for the Royal Caribbean Group, as the group’s three global brands - Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Silversea Cruises will all be present in Asia in November 2023. The full return brings a full portfolio of wholly-owned Royal Caribbean brands, representing the mass-market, premium and ultra-luxury segments.

Celebrity Cruises also became the first ocean cruise line to ever earn the prestigious Forbes Travel Guide (“FTG”) Star Awards. Five of Celebrity’s ships now join an elite and exclusive group of fewer than 20 land-based properties to ever receive the rating, with Celebrity Millennium and Celebrity Edge amongst the five ships in the Celebrity family to receive the highly-coveted award.

According to a press release by Celebrity Cruises, the FTG is the global authority on luxury hospitality and the only global rating system for luxury hotels, restaurants, spas and now, the new ocean cruise category. Properties, and now cruise ships, are anonymously evaluated based on hundreds of exacting standards that determine their annual Star Ratings. The remainder of the ships in the fleet will be evaluated in the coming year.
