Celebrity Cruises' 2025-2026 Asia Deployment - What's New?
Celebrity Cruises is introducing more festive cruises for their 2025-2026 Asia Deployment, as well as new one-way trips between Japan and South Korea!
Celebrity Cruises will continue to offer year-round Asia cruises in 2025! After returning to Asia in 2023, with a year-round deployment in 2024, Celebrity Cruises will be maintaining a year-round programme in Asia, with their 2025-2026 Asia Deployment - featuring two ships, and multiple embarkation ports throughout the region. Cruises to Japan will sail from April to November 2025, and March to April 2026, while cruises to Southeast Asia will sail from November 2025 to March 2026.
In this blog post, we will be breaking down this year-long deployment, highlight some notable itineraries and the ships that will be sailing in Asia.
Japan-South Korea Cruises - Embark From Incheon Or Yokohama
Celebrity is adding Incheon as a port-of-call, and will offer a few one-way cruises between Yokohama, Japan and Incheon, South Korea. This presents guests with more options for pre- and post-cruise stays, as guests can choose to extend their vacation by adding a few more days in Seoul (located about 1-hour away from Incheon Port), or Tokyo (located about 1-hour away from Yokohama), before boarding the ship or flying home.
It’s also good to note that the Incheon-bound and Yokohama-bound itineraries both feature some variation in ports-of-call, so guests have some incentive in booking a back-to-back adventure, totaling 24 nights.
Take a look at the itineraries below:
Japan to South Korea Cruise (12-Nights, one-way from Yokohama, Japan to Incheon, South Korea)
Ship: Celebrity MILLENNIUM
Departure Dates: 26 May 2025, 11 September 2025
South Korea To Japan Cruise (12-Nights, one-way from Incheon, South Korea to Yokohama, Japan)
Ship: Celebrity MILLENNIUM
Departure Dates: 07 June 2025, 23 September 2025
Japan Holiday Sailings
Golden Week (May 2025)
Celebrity Cruises has also planned several sailings to coincide with certain holidays and events in Japan. One such example would be Golden Week - a collection of national holidays placed within the same week, and widely-considered to be one of Japan’s three big holidays. Take a look at the Celebrity Millennium’s Golden Week Sailing below:
Best of Japan - Golden Week (12-Nights, round-trip from Yokohama, Japan)
Ship: Celebrity MILLENNIUM
Departure Dates: 02 May 2025
It is also worth pointing out that Celebrity Millennium will be staying two nights in the Kobe-Osaka area on this cruise. The ship will arrive in Kobe at 8:00 AM on Day 3, and will only depart from Kobe at 5:00 AM on Day 4 of the cruise. The ship will “re-position” to the cruise terminal in Osaka, and will be alongside by 8:00 AM that same morning. Celebrity Millennium will only depart from Osaka at 5:00 PM on Day 5.
Given that the two cities are only 1-hour apart by train, you can think of it as a 3-Day, 2-Night stay in the Osaka-Kyoto-Kobe area. This is the only cruise that features a two-night stay. Most Japan cruises in this deployment will only remain in Osaka for one night.
Natsu-Matsuri (Summer Festival) Cruises
Come summertime, certain cruises will be running on modified 12-Night itineraries in order to take guests to some of Japan’s renowned Natsu Matsuri, or Summer Festivals. Cruises departing 13 and 25 July 2025 will deviate from the standard itinerary, to coincide with the Gion Matsuri in Kyoto and Nebuta Matsuri in Aomori respectively. Port stays in Osaka (for Kyoto) and Aomori will be overnight stays, as these festivals are normally held in the evenings.
The two specially-modified itineraries also run consecutively, so booking back-to-back voyages means you’ll be able to see both festivals.
Take a look at the itineraries featuring the two festivals below:
Best of Japan - Gion Festival (12-Nights, round-trip from Yokohama, Japan)
Ship: Celebrity MILLENNIUM
Departure Dates: 13 July 2025
This itinerary also includes an overnight stay in Osaka. Do take note that the ship will re-position to Kobe on Day 5 at 5:00 AM. There is no need to worry though, as both cities are only 1-hour apart by train.
Best of Japan - Nebuta Festival (12-Nights, round-trip from Yokohama, Japan)
Ship: Celebrity MILLENNIUM
Departure Dates: 25 July 2025
This is the only itinerary in the deployment with an overnight stay in Aomori, for the Nebuta Festival.
2025—2026 Southeast Asia & Spice Route Itineraries
Repositioning Cruise: Hong Kong, Japan & Vietnam (13/14-Nights, one-way from Yokohama or Singapore)
Ship: Celebrity MILLENNIUM

Celebrity Millennium will undertake a pair of repositioning cruises to get to Singapore in November, and to return to Japan in March. Guests who wish to take a similar itinerary to Royal Caribbean’s Singapore-Japan cruises should definitely consider either itinerary!
Spice Route Cruises: India, Sri Lanka & Thailand (12 to 14-Nights, One-Way from Singapore or Mumbai (Bombay), India)

These cruises usually feature overnight stays in ports like Cochin, Mumbai, Colombo and Penang, depending on the itinerary. Guests have the option of embarking in Singapore or Mumbai, India.
Thailand & Vietnam Cruises (12-Nights, One-Way from Singapore or Hong Kong)
Ship: Celebrity SOLSTICE
Departure Dates: November 2025 - March 2026
Celebrity Solstice will be sailing out of both Hong Kong and Singapore from November 2025 to March 2026, on a series of one-way voyages between the two port cities. Along the way, the cruise will also visit ports in Thailand and Vietnam. There will be 5 cruises in each direction.
Bali, Malaysia & Thailand Cruises (11 to 13-Nights, One-Way or Singapore Round-trip)
Ship: Celebrity MILLENNIUM
Departure Dates: December 2025 - February 2026
Celebrity Millennium will sail five Bali, Malaysia and Thailand Cruises this season — four, one-way trips from Singapore and Benoa (Bali), Indonesia, and one Singapore round-trip cruise.
All one-way cruises between Singapore and Bali (regardless of direction) offer overnight stays in Penang, Malaysia and Phuket, Thailand. The Singapore round-trip cruise will not feature any overnight stays.
Do also take note that the 22 December 2025 departure from Benoa, Bali is a Christmas and New Year’s Cruise! Consider this cruise if you’re looking to do something special for Christmas and New Year’s in 2025.
